About the Founder

Djurdjina Ciric, MA pedagogue, researcher, and author, founded Soul Strategist inspired by both her personal journey and academic background. With years of experience working with children, parents, and schools, as well as academic research in resilience and education, she shaped a brand that combines scientific depth with the warmth of lived experience.

Djurdjina believes that leadership begins within – in the moment when a child (or an adult) learns to recognize emotions, connect with the world around them, and build an inner compass. This vision lies at the heart of Soul Strategist: an education that nurtures both knowledge and the soul.
