What we believe
“We ask children to practise mathematics because we know those skills will serve them for life. We believe the same should be true for resilience, emotional intelligence and self-leadership.”
These are not optional qualities that some children simply have and others do not. They are skills that can be explored, practised and strengthened from an early age.

Soul Strategist is not about creating perfect children or perfect parents. It offers a perspective that helps adults look beyond behaviour and recognise the skills, emotions and needs developing underneath it.
Instead of asking only:
“How do I stop this behaviour?”
We can also ask:
“What is my child learning in this moment, and which skill still needs support?”

Soul Strategist was founded by Đurđina Ćirić, with master’s degrees in Pedagogy and Education and a deep interest in resilience, systems thinking and the future of learning.
